The company projects Operating Income of Rs 52.37 Crore for FY2025 and Rs 48.70 Crore for FY2026, with Profit After Tax (PAT) of Rs 8.10 Crore and Rs 6.64 Crore respectively, alongside other financial metrics including OPBDIT/OI (85.0% and 84.0%), PAT/OI (15.5% and 13.6%), Total Outside Liabilities/Tangible Net Worth (2.22 and 2.03 times), Total Debt/OPBDIT (5.21 and 5.37 times), and Interest Coverage (2.13 and 2.07 times).

Often trades done in the customer’s accounts are far from the best interest of the customers. Holdings of customers are often sold and with the funds, trades are then placed in illiquid securities at unrealistic prices.
At times, the holdings of customers are sold at prices detrimental to the customer. The so-called “portfolio manager” assures profits, which naturally does not materialize. Customers are deceived into providing access to their trading accounts, thereby allowing such fraudsters access to funds and securities available to execute trades, injurious to the customer’s interest.
