Ugro Capital allots NCDs worth Rs 50 cr

The senior, secured, rated, listed, redeemable, taxable, transferable NCDs have a face value of Rs 1 lakh each.

These NCDs have a coupon rate of 8.56% p.a. and will mature on 18 March 2025. The debentures are proposed to be listed on Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).

Ugro Capital is an MSME lending fintech platform. It uses the emerging data tripod of GST, banking and bureau coupled with its sectoral analysis to solve the problem of credit for small businesses.

The company's net profit zoomed to Rs 25.24 crore in Q1 FY24 as against Rs 7.34 crore in Q1 FY23. Total income jumped 79.4% YoY to Rs 218.35 crore in Q1 FY24.

The scrip declined 2.02% to currently trade at Rs 287.90 on the BSE.
